Journal 5 Tuesday 23rd of October 2012 Todays lay out was all nearly self sensation although we did do a short maintain on paraphrasing I was a place unsure of how to do the paraphrasing but its beauteous much coition back the story back but in a unalike way or summarising what has been said without be to adopt and being able to form an understanding of how the speaker was aroma at the time. We excessively did the johari window I found this exercise a bit difficult because its not always balmy composing things about yourself or someone else telling you something about yourself I am pretty laid back these eld I think it has add with age (LoL) I had sort of a hard upbringing that wasnt the best .I grew up with 2 alcoholic parents so at times I was pretty much dragged up I did have my aunt who was a saviour to me and my brother and she always kept us on the straight an narrow and taught us right from wrong. Although by dint of my animation old habits die har d I support be quite defensive at times and I am stubborn. To some mint i work with I am just Tara but people who notice me know that I am a good friend and attendee and I would genuinely give you my last pound. But to people I fag outt know I do answer crossways as quite brash and peradventure loud.

I have changed in the 6 years I have lived in Aberdeen and I think thats because I took myself out-of-door from the place i grew up. To many fully grown memories and bad habits also I couldnt live in the bypast because it was draw me down. I have a good career because I chose how I live mine .
